CORODUR® SP 234
Flux cored wires for Thermal Spray Application
EN ISO 14919 – 6,5 – 1,6 - 4
MATERIAL REVIEW
Flux cored wire designed to be selfbonding for use as bond coat. Showing good acid resistance, oxidation resistance and good resistance against hot gas corrosion. Best bonding if applied in one pass (about 0,125 mm). Coating is easy to machine. Designed for arc spraying but may also be sprayed by wire- and high-velocity-wire-flame-spraying.
APPLICATION
Bond coat for repair of machine components with good oxidation and hot gas corrosion resistance.
