COROLIT 6

CLASSIFICATION

DIN 8555 | DIN EN 14700
MF 20-45-CTZ | T Co 2-45-CTZ

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Cobalt-base alloys with an austenitic-ledeburitic structure containing chrome and tungsten carbides. These alloys are resistant against high corrosion and abrasion, high impact stress and extreme temperature shocks. The deposit is machinable by hard metal tools. Best used on steam and chemical valves and on equipment handling hot steel, such as tong bits, hot steel-shear blades, etc.

APPLICATION

thermal shock resistant, abrasion, erosion, corrosion, cavitation at high temperature, bearing surfaces, chemical industry, hot shear blades, valves

Corodur may change the chararcteristics of the wire without notice. Statements on composition an application are just for the applier's information. Statements on mechanical properties always refer to the all-weld-metal according to valid standards. We recommend the applier to check our products for their special application autonomously.
