MATERIAL REVIEW

Bond coat used for ceramics. Corrosion resistant protective coatings with presence of Chlorides and resistance at high temperatures up to about 980°C under aggressive environment. High bond strength, can be machined. Coating thickness from 0,1 mm – 0,25 mm as bond coat beneath ceramics. Designed for arc spraying but may also be sprayed by wire- and high-velocity-wire-flame-spraying.

Application for components of chemical plants or food industry.

Flux cored wires for Thermal Spray Application

MATERIAL REVIEW

NiCrBSi cored wire to apply wear resistant and corrosion resistant protective coatings with good resistance against Chlorides in boiler atmosphere up to 450°C. Porosity of below 2% can be achieved. Coatings made by CORODUR SP 221 can be sintered after application (self-fluxing). Designed for arc spraying but may also be sprayed by wire- and high-velocity-wire-flame-spraying.

APPLICATION

Application for high loaded components of chemical plants or food industry, on water walls and tubes of boiler.

Flux cored wires for Thermal Spray Application

MATERIAL REVIEW

NiCrBSi cored wire to apply wear resistant and corrosion resistant protective coatings with good resistance against Chlorides in boiler atmosphere. Coating may harden up to 1000 HV0,3. Application up to 450°C (surface temperature), porosity of below 2% can be achieved. Made exclusively for arc spraying, but may also be sprayed by wire- and high-velocity-wire-flamespraying.

APPLICATION

Application on water walls and tubes of boiler.

CORODUR® SP 206

Flux cored wires for Thermal Spray Application

MATERIAL REVIEW

NiCrBSi cored wire to apply wear resistant and corrosion resistant protective coatings. Coatings can be sintered after application (self-fluxing). They reach hardness of 500 - 800 HV0,1 and show porosity of below 2%. The coatings can be machined by grinding and polishing. Designed for arc spraying but may also be sprayed by wire- and high-velocity-wire-flame-spraying.

APPLICATION

Used for high loaded components of chemical plants or food industry, plunger.
